UEFA opens disciplinary proceedings against English Association - Legal Care

The reason for this is the behavior of the English fans inside and outside the London Wembley Stadium. It is about a violation of Article 16, paragraph 2 (h) of the Legal Care. There it is about "cases of inappropriate behavior" by the followers of member associations or clubs.

The UEFA had already two days after the game between England and Italy (2: 3 I.e.) several disciplinary procedures due to a place storm, thruffing objects, the disturbances during playback of the Italian hymn and ignition of fireworks. Furthermore, the umbrella organized had appointed an ethics and disciplinary inspector, which should examine the incidents with a fan participation before and in the stadium.

Dozens of people had allegedly tried to get illegally in the arena. There were partly chaotic scenes, reportedly occupied several people without tickets places of the actual cardholder.

The FA had convicted the behavior of the English trailer as "completely unacceptable" and "embarrassing" and announced its own investigation.
